Payment Security & Disputes
At Lulu Studios, every order is carefully processed and verified to ensure a smooth and secure experience.
If you experience any issue with your order, we kindly ask that you contact us at hello@lulustudios.co so we can resolve it promptly.
Please note:
• Orders that have been processed, shipped, or delivered are not eligible for payment reversal through your bank or card provider.
• Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and could result in your account being restricted from future purchases.
• Lulu Studios reserves the right to dispute chargebacks by providing proof of:
• Order confirmation
• Payment authorization
• Shipment tracking
• Delivery confirmation
• Customer communication history
If a chargeback is filed and the order has already been delivered, the customer may be required to return the product in original condition before any refund can be considered.
