Payment & Delivery
We keep our process simple and dependable - so your Lulu pieces reach you with ease.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.
To place a COD order:
1. Add your items to the cart
2. Proceed to checkout
3. Enter your shipping details
4. Select Cash on Delivery as your payment method
5. Confirm your order
Payment will be collected in cash at the time of delivery. A receipt will be provided by the courier.
There are no additional COD charges.
COD is available within Pakistan only.
Payment options
You may choose to pay through:
• Cash on Delivery (Pakistan only)
• Debit or Credit Card
• Bank Transfer
All payments are processed securely.
Shipping
We deliver across Pakistan and internationally.
Within Pakistan
• Delivery time: 5-10 working days
Shipping within Pakistan is free above 25,000 PKR. 200 PKR charged for deliveries under 25,000 PKR.
Orders are processed on working days and dispatched once confirmed.
International orders
• Delivery time: approximately 5-10 working days
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
• Any customs duties or local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer
Order handling
• Whenever possible, all items in an order are shipped together
• If an item becomes unavailable, we will inform you and adjust accordingly
• Delivery partners will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.

While we work to dispatch every order promptly, delivery timelines may vary slightly due to:
• Stock availability
• Payment verification (if required)
• Courier service conditions
